K. Reshma – B.Sc., Microbiology, Certified Yoga Tutor & Dietitian - Founder

K. Reshma is a dedicated yoga tutor and dietitian, specializing in therapeutic yoga for menstrual disorders. She has guided countless women to transform their health through yoga, nutrition, and mindful living.

Her journey began with just three online students, and today, as the founder of Fitness Queens Yoga Studio, she empowers a growing community of women to achieve better health and wellness.

Reshma’s expertise includes managing obesity, thyroid issues, menstrual disorders, and joint pain (neck, back, and knees), offering personalized, science-backed solutions for each individual.

Together with her team, she is committed to providing practical, effective, and research-based health guidance, helping women embrace wellness with confidence and ease.
